At Grand Palms we want to make your Florida vacation  hassle-free and affordable, by offering  special rates throughout the entire year. The nightly rental rate is from $60 per night plus 15%  Florida state taxes. A $50 cleaning fee at the end of the rental period also applies. In the living room you may enjoy your favorite TV shows and movies on a 32 inch Cable TVand DVD player. From the screened terrace you will enjoy a great, quiet view over the conservation park.

The master bedroom is equipped with a luxury king-size bed with pillowtop mattress, flat-screen TV, and DVD player, walk in wardrobe,and  double shower room. The 2nd bedroom has two full beds, 15 inch Cable TV with  DVD player, with built in double wardrobes. 

Other amenities include iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washer and dryer inside condo, accessible parking, attraction brochures, maps, and more. This Florida rental  unit is located on the second floor. Business Executives welcome.
